Former Warrior goal keeper goes pro

Former Warrior, Jordan Farr, recently signed a contract with the Indie Eleven United Soccer Team.

Farr is currently in preseason training with the team until it begins March 14.

“I am so thankful to be here,” he said. “I know it’s really difficult for any college player, let alone a former NAIA player. It’s not something you see every day.”

As an NAIA All-American athlete, Farr has set many school records, including setting the current NAIA record of 44 shutouts throughout his collegiate soccer career.

Rob Zimmerman hired as Billings West girls soccer coach

BILLINGS, MT – Rob Zimmerman found himself without any soccer responsibilities this past fall. For a guy who had been active in the sport for the past 20 years or so, it was quite a change for the 1989 Billings West graduate.

“That was hard not to be around it,” Zimmerman said Tuesday after he was hired as the new coach for the Billings West girls program. “This fall it was definitely a void without having any soccer to follow that I was directly in involved with. I’m excited to get back into it.”
